Just wondering what hit me last evening. I had managed a migraine early in the morning upon awakening. At 8pm I put a bite of my supper in my mouth and my head felt like it was going to split open. The pain and throbbing was so intense that I was frightened a blood vessel was going to burst inside my head. A minute later, my food felt like a ball stuck in my breastbone. I got very nauseous. I thought I would sleep it off but had it again upon awakening. Does this sound like a typical migraine? What happened?????

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
