Migraine is a neurological disease, of which the most common symptom is an intense and disabling episodic headache. Migraine headaches are usually characterized by severe pain on one or both sides of the head and are often accompanied by photophobia (hypersensitivity to light), phonophobia (hypersensitivity to sound) and nausea.

I just looked quickly to the right and had the sharpest pain. This has never happened. It went away as fast it appeared. Has anyone here ever experience that pain? Does anyone know the cause?

i get the pains in my eye, it feels like a needle or needles.

About five minutes after the pain, I did get a migraine...ugh...

I get that to. I'm so tired of having migraines, I've had them for 30years and when will the pain stop. I've been on all kinds of meds and nothing helps.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
