Migraine Headaches Support Group

Migraine is a neurological disease, of which the most common symptom is an intense and disabling episodic headache. Migraine headaches are usually characterized by severe pain on one or both sides of the head and are often accompanied by photophobia (hypersensitivity to light), phonophobia (hypersensitivity to sound) and nausea.

i suffered from migraines for a long time before i founf relpax. my md gave me a smaple to take home and it was the first medication ever to completely get rid of a full blown migraine. if anyone here has migraines and has not tried it i would strongly recommend you try it.

Relpax does work for 16 yr old. ONLY if she takes it at the earliest onset of a migraine. Otherwise, it's a waste of a $25 pill.

Relpax has always been my pill of choice for a migraine. It is my understanding that you must take any triptan at the absolute earliest possible onset of a migraine.

    I have cancer

I had to have a lung biopsy, and I have cancer. A very rare form that doesn't have any standard treatment. There just isn't a lot of case history for this. It is epithelioid hemangio endothelioma. The cancer support group doesn't talk every day. I can understand why. I'm waiting for the oncologist to call back for an appointment, and will hear in the next few days. Who knew. Ha!

    Support from family

It's so hard dealing with pain especially when you don't get any support from the person who your supposed to be closest to. So hard when your trying to deal with pain and that person treats you worse than the pain. Having hard time understanding why. unless you are having a good Day you are treated like crap and they make you feel worthless.
