Hi, I'm new to this group. I was diagnosed with migraines about 4 years ago. I'm not sure how long I've had them though. I can't take any meds anymore because my hubby and I are TTC. Since then, my migraines have been coming back with a vengence. My new Dr. (we recently moved) doesn't know anything about migraines and has suggested message therapy. I'm considering that as an option because its covered under our insurance. I also found out there is this clinic that is not to far from where I live (about an hr). Here is the web site. http://www.migraineclinic.ca/ I called them and they have an impressive success rate. They only do accupuncture. Of course its not covered under insurance. The treaments can get quite expensive but over 90% of the patients there are completely cured and never have another migrain again. Those that are not, the frequency and intensity are greatly reduced. People go there from all over the world. Has anyone tried acupuncture or message therapy? What do you think of it?

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
