Hi I am new to this community. I am suffering from a migraine right now. Unfortunately I have to work and cannot leave since most of the office is going to a seminar (thank goodness I did not have to go) the rest of the week. I am suffering from blurred vision, a headache - but not severe and nausea which is severe. I have left the light off in my cubicle but obviously have the computer to deal with, the phones and people talking (I wish they would just stop lol). Does anyone have a suggestion on how to relieve the nausea? I do not take any medication as I do not always know when the migraine has come since they come while I am sleeping for the most part so I wake up with this tremendous headache and the wonderful nausea comes later. I have difficulty taking pills - are there any patches to use for migraines?
