i have really bad headaches that cause me to get so nausous that i throw up. it feel like a baseball bat hitting the back of my skull doing about ninety. even the smell of food during this time makes me sick and i cant get rid of the pain even when im lying in a dark room witth a towel overr my eyes. can anyone offer advice on how to treat this? have tried over the counter stuff, but it doesnt touch the pain.

some over the counter meds can cause rebound headaches too your body gets to wanting that med and gives you a headache.Right down when you get your headaches what you ate or did that day and what the weather was like take that to your doctor so you can better determin your headache triggers and get treatment.I have these around 18 times a month its not fun.
