Today is my 25th birthday, to my somewhat lack of surprise I can see already no one really seems to care. I've always been the kinda person to make sure that everyone I Care about feels appreciated and knew somebody had their back. Remember, both migraines and depression can be suppressed anger coming out sideways. Maybe you need to find a better way to let that out. It sure can't hurt.
I'm very sorry your are going through this right now.
There are times, I have to tell my family and friends that I cannot deal with there issues or even talk to them. I am experiencing a Migraine!
Making that Migraine go away is first and foremost sometimes.......
Good luck to you! I hope your Excedrin works.
Any kinda stressful situation can bring on a migraine. I would say depression is stressful wouldn't you. Many times neurologist can see a link between someones depression times and their worst migraines.
So....I can see for sure with you probably the more upset you got or depressed you got the worse your migraine got. eh?
For me sometimes it will happen the otherway ....I will get a really bad migraine and then notice that I am sooooo sad about my life and cry and cry. It is very common for migrainers at the hight of their pain to wanna die. Yes...to feel like they wanna just "cut their head off". Sounds violet, yes, and pretty horrible to be so sad but when your serotonin drops so low.......which is the theory....that your serotonin levels are the lowest when you have a migraine.....you will feel the saddest.
Different migrainers have migraines for different reasons but those that have them for lack of seratonin can be helped with antidepressant drugs sometimes.
I do hope you don't have another one of those any time soon. right?
My best - Opy
Tricky right! -opy
