Our daughter has been plagued by severe migraines since high school. She has seen several different neurologists, taken numerous drugs at varying strengths, had to go to emergency for a "cocktail," to break the migraine about once or twice per year, etc, etc. All the doctors have always said the causes of migraines are so diverse, that there's really no point in their trying to determine the cause. That it's more effective to simply treat the symptoms, which is what they have done. But given the drugs she has taken are so powerful, and they are prescribed so easily, with little regard to long term affects, we have come to see the migraine business, as just that - a huge profit making, pill selling business. We made the decision, after significant research, to look into medical marijuana. There's definitely a correlation between stress/anxiety and her migraines. We figured in the least, the MM would relieve some of her stress/anxiety - which it did. But, even better, using MM is more affective in combating migraines, and relieving them after the fact. Our daughter has figured out what work best, which type works best and uses very little to achieve relief, if not completely to lessen the impact of the migraine and allow her to function somewhat normally. It's definitely worth checking out, though none of the neurologists nor medical docs she has seen, would endorse her use of MM. So, you're kind of on your own. But, since taking MM, she has been able to stop taking all of her other prescription drugs!

(Meat, side and a veggie with skim milk to drink) I watch my portions at dinner because if I overeat I don't feel good. When I enter my caloric intake and walking distances the fitness pal calculator often tells me I will weigh xx less if every day...
