Migraine is a neurological disease, of which the most common symptom is an intense and disabling episodic headache. Migraine headaches are usually characterized by severe pain on one or both sides of the head and are often accompanied by photophobia (hypersensitivity to light), phonophobia (hypersensitivity to sound) and nausea.

ok, it's been 2 months and 4 days and I have had enough. it's never went away or even eased up any. I had my pastor pray over me this morning. so far the pain's worsened, though.

Sweetie, I will pray for you. I know how you feel. I have had a constant migraine since January. I get so tired and want to give up. Keep the faith and I do hope they go away.

I feel for you! I had the same migraine for 6 weeks before my doctor finally broke it. Have you been to a neurologist? Specifically a neurologist specializing in migraines? They need to break the migraine cycle so that they can start you on preventatives. They can give you IV medications or injections in order to break the current migraine, whatever it takes. There are a lot of migraine meds that do miracles.

Oh, Jennie, it's not even daily. It's the SAME migrane! No, I haven't been to any doctors. I can't afford it. Thank you both for your concerns, though. Two months and six days today, that's too long, FAR too long!

I heard there's a new migraine med over-the-counter called Migra-Cap, maybe it's worth checking out. It's a lot cheaper than a doctor's visit.

Thank you, I'll definitely look into the Migra-Cap.

Hi. I am thinking and praying for you along with others. I understand your frustration as pastors and elders @ previous church prayed for me, layed oil on my head and then when the prayer wasn't answered and symptoms worsened they decided it must be a lack of faith on my part or I'd already be healed. When I pointed out to them that Jesus didn't heal everyone in the Bible immediately, that it's in God's timing not ours, they shrugged their shoulders in disbelief @ me. Paul didn't get the thron removed from His side instead God said "my grace is sufficient for you." Job went through every trial imaginable and yet never lost trust or faith in God. We don't understand what God is doing especially when we're hurting most although He promises to never leave us nor forsake us and that He knows our hearts, our needs and hears our prayers. Maybe this sounds too contrite of an answer which isn't my point at all. Our doctors our only human too and don't always have the answers for us we hope, pray and desire as only God our Heavenly Father does and will respecitively respond to us according to His plans. Yes, patience is tremendously difficult when we'd much rather pull our heads off our shoulders until the severity of pain subsides. Just be assured that you are cared about and I am praying for peace, comfort and for God to interceded on your behalf with your doctors. God bless you with His unsurpassing patience. Hugs and peace to you friend.

I've always been the kinda person to make sure that everyone I Care about feels appreciated and knew somebody had their back. I can count 4 times this year when I Went out of my way to make sure a "friend" felt good on their birthday, especially if they got left hanging. Its early in the...
