Not the white matter lesions, which is probably what you're all thinking.
So, this is a decade of having violent vomiting minimum several times a month, and ....yeah, more. A lot more.
I have issues with eating disorders, but I've never really been much of a purger anyway, so I don't think that's too much of the cause. Partly possibly. But not as much as this.
So...the worry is...
Esophageal lesions (concerned for, not firmly diagnosed) - but bleeding, etc. The more it happens, the more concern for prolonged impact...
And the wearing away of tooth enamel? This is a freaking constant. My teeth chip all the time in the front. I had to have my wisdom teeth out, not because they came in funny, but because of acid eating them away.
So...my question is... those of you with migraines of the chronic variety - have you had to deal with other physical fallout like this?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
THE BLEEDING PROBLEM, SHORT OF AN ENDOSCOPY FOR YOU, IS BLOOD WORK...HEMATOLOGY TO BE EXACT...TO SEE IF YOU ARE LOW ON RED CELLS. AND YES THE ACID DAMAGES THE TEETH, BUT IF YOU ARE TAKING NEXIUM, WHAT ELSE CAN YOU DO? I'M ALREADY RESOLVED TO HAVING TO GET DENTURES ONE DAY...JUST IMAGINE...NO MORE SHOTS, DRILLING OR POKING..FREEDOM!!!!! HAVE YOU ASKED A DENTIST ABOUT THE ACIDIC SALIVA? IF YOU HAVE, LET ME KNOW WHAT HE SAYS! AND OF COURSE YOU KNOW THAT I GET THE FRIGGEN MIGRAINES, TOO...I THINK IT MAKES VERY GOOD SENSE THAT THEY GO HAND IN HAND!!
