yesterday i exprienced a pretty bad migraine... the headache first started out on wednesday, slight, but painful enough to know it was there, and then yesterday it seemed to get worse as the day went on.
i noticed something that i've never really picked up on before, well, maybe ihave, but yesterday i really took notice. i was getting hot flashes. i was SO hot, the heat overwhelmed me. i was wondering if others experienced hot flashes or bad experiences with heat when they had a migraine....

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I have experienced not being able to get comfortable with temperature, no matter what. Just like when you are sick and feverish, that feeling of..."oh it is too hot, now it is too cold..." I tend to notice the heat more from nausea/vomiting, that rush of blood to the head, I guess.
I do have to say, though, that my hot flashes may be a result of menopause from my hysterectomy. If I remember correctly, before the surgery it was mostly a feeling of cold with occasional hot moments.
You're not alone!
