Hi. I posted most of this in my journal but I suffer from Migranes usually at least one per month, sometimes more often. A couple days ago I started battling nausea and heartburn and getting really sleepy. This morning I woke up with a slight headache and tension in my neck, I knew right then and there I was heading for a Migrane, I lay down all day trying to get ready for its onset, I have taken Inderal LA 160 mg, Tylenol PM, Tramadol, Bayer Aspirin with Caffeine and nothing has alleviated it! It hit its peak about 8:30 p.m tonight, my husband had gone to church and when he walked through the door I was on the couch in tears, I felt cold and hot at the same time, clammy and sweating too. My head hurts on the right side on top and my right eyeball is swollen and hurts really bad, it hurts in my gums and under my chin on that side, my neck is stiff and tense, Im sick to my stomach feel like vomiting and know that if I could I would feel much better as I always do, for some reason that seems to aleviate the pain and pressure if I vomit. This is one of the worst headaches I have had in quite sometime though. I managed to get about 1 hours sleep and it is starting the down hill climb from its peak or I wouldnt be on here. I cannot take regular Migrane Pills like Relepax because I have other medical issues that prevent me from being able to take those kind of meds. I do have some tegretol prescribed for Neuralgia, wondered if that would help if I took some of it? I am at a loss, see I have a bad liver and I cannot hardly get a doctor to give me any strong pain meds because they are excreted through the Liver. So I basically just have to suffer and I know that a lot of people sing praises over tramadol??? It does nothing for a full blown Migrane. Does anyone have any suggestions of something I could do to get rid of this one?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
