For those of you that have suffered migraines for years let me please convey my condolences. This is one of the most horrid thing I have dealt with in a long time, and I have a kidney disease!! Last night a migraine snuck up on my and so fast. I felt like my whole entire head was in a vice. My neck, shoulders, jaw, sinuses, eye sockets and whole skull burned like fire. I threw up twice and ended up sleeping on the bathroom floor because the tile felt good and cool. How do you all deal? I was fortunate to be at home when it struck. But what do you do if your at work? Or driving? Or in the grocery store? I could not lift my head or open my eyes. I am limited to the drugs I can take because of my kidney disease. I have heard that Imatrex (sp?) is very helpful but I cannot take it because its broken down by the kidneys. Ice and heat have helped very little. Help........

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
