Migraine is a neurological disease, of which the most common symptom is an intense and disabling episodic headache. Migraine headaches are usually characterized by severe pain on one or both sides of the head and are often accompanied by photophobia (hypersensitivity to light), phonophobia (hypersensitivity to sound) and nausea.

I've had this horrid light headed feeling for about 3 weeks now with little or no breaks. I'm asthmatic so have to be careful with what madication i take i feel very tense and constently worried about what might be going on in my head which prob doesnt help. Is there anything anyone can sugest to releive the dizziness.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I would also bring this up with your neuro, if you have one.
There is something called Migraine-Related Vertigo, which is basically what you are talking about.
There are medications that can assist with the nausea that can occur, and you can work with a vestibular therapist to help alleviate the vertigo and get back to your daily life.
