I have an appt March 2nd to discuss using botox injections into my scalp and forehead for my migraines. I didn't know this exsisted until my neurologist suggested I consider this. It is very expensive and my insurance doesn't cover it because it isn't FDA approved yet for migraine use. I was wondering if anyone has done this and what were your results? I am really considering this option as right now I am on Topamax (4 pills) and I have migraines daily that are a intensity of 6-10. Im nervous about the side effects and if its worth trying this out. Please HELP!!! Thanks.
