I have faithfully taken Calcium+D for the past seven years thinking I was doing all that I needed to avoid osteoporosis. My doctor recently recommended a test to check my Vitamin D level. I wasn't concerned. It turns out that I was extremely deficient event though I take the Calcium+D (2,000 mg) every day. My body hasn't been absorbing the calcium because I didn't have enough of the Vitamin D. This is just a recommendation to have your Vitamin D level checked!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
