I doubt this has anything to do with menopause but I write on here and thought maybe someone has experienced this. I wore a new bra to work a couple weeks ago and the underwire was killing me, digging into my ribs but I couldn't take it off cuz I was at work. When I got home, I took it off and since then, no matter what bra I put on, after a few hours, it's painful in the rib area. I even went to Victoria's Secret to get fitted and have gone back 3 times to exchange for different sizes cuz all of them were causing me pain. The last time the lady came into the dressing room with me each time after I'd try on a bra and made sure that they were fitting right so I exchanged for bras that she helped me find and by noon the next day, even that bra was hurting me. I'm guessing that my ribs are still bruised from a couple weeks ago (you could never see a bruise though) and that putting any pressure on it isn't allowing it to heal? Does anyone know if that could be true?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
