For the past several months my periods have been lasting 2 weeks, heavier than normal, etc. My doctor suggested a D&C because my utering lining has thickened. He said I was in perimenopause, and there would be alot of changes with my body. My husband won't discuss any of this with me. He calls it "woman problems" and makes hurtful "jokes" about the lack of sex and my mood swings. In the meantime, I'm confused about what my body is experiencing, what to expect and just trying to have a normal life. I don't understand his lack of support concerning this. He's always been there before.
