In the morning lately I have benn waking up with the jitters. my period is weeks late. I use to be on time. my night sweats are up and I feel hot a lot of the time. My Drs tell me I have anxiety but I was wondering if this could be more hormone related? Anyone with thoughts on thisand or things I could do to alleviate the jitters? Thanks kathy
