Today my whole body aches. Sometimes it feels like I have a pinched nerve in my hands and feet or my arms. This feeling is what prompted me to go to the doctor and where I found out I had peri-menopause. In the books I have read this is not listed as a symptom. Do any of you ever have this feeling? Sometimes if I have sat for too long and then I get up, it is hard to get up. It takes a little while to straighten my body. My legs ache and my back. Help!

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips.
