Hello! I had a radical hysterectomy March 30th to finally rid myself of endo pain. My doctor has advised me to not start on hormones right away as it would feed the endo - if there is any left. I am concerned about replacement therapy - I have heard bad things. What can I do to suppliment my hormones naturally? What can I eat? Should I start in a few months. I am new to all this and have so many questions... Any advice is welcome.. Happy Day, Elizabeth
