so i've been in peri for a little over a year now. my period has changed so much since then it has me a bit freaked out. now i cramp and spot before my period comes. usually i cramp with no period (no fair! i should have something to show for that pain!). anyway, this month, i had all my usually symptoms of a period. i had 4 days worth of cramps, one tiny little spot, but now the time for my period has come and gone. i'm terrified of being pregnant (i'm 37) but i'm pretty sure it is just the peri. i guess i'll mnake sure and pee on a stick, but this is very scary for me. i don't have anyone else to talk to about this because, with the exception of my doctor, everyone writes me off as too young. my grandmother passed away shortly before this all started and she experienced this at my age too, so i can't ask her for advice. my mom went through a very short period of peri and then had a total hysterectomy and never really had any of the rest of this. i feel like i'm going completely insane!! i've been taking lexapro since april, which helped a lot, but some days i feel like i'm completely nuts and lately i'm starting to feel like i could spend the whole day on the couch just crying. i also have the hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings, and fatigue. SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME!!! TELL ME THIS WILL ALL BE OKAY!!!

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
My ENT sent me for more tests last week...one where they had me lie back in a chair, with blacked out goggles on so I couldn't see while they administered water into my ears one at a time ( first warm, then room-tempurature, then cold) while they video taped my eyes and asked me questions to determine how cognizant I was... This test went HORRIBLY. They were about 20 seconds or so into...
