Menopause Support Group

Menopause is the physiological cessation of menstrual cycles associated with advancing age. It normally occurs in women between the ages of 45 and 55, when the body begins to slow and stop the production of eggs, estrogen and progesterone production decreases, and menstruation diminishes, eventually stopping altogether.

Estroven seems to be helping

I've been having hot flashes, mood swings...the whole mess regarding menopause.

A friend on this site suggested I try Estroven.
I've been taking it now for six days and I can see a bit of a difference already.

The flashes seem to be fewer apart now.
Mood swings I still fight with though.

The hot flashes were so bad, you ladies know what I'm talking about. I thought I'd die, they were so bad.

So, if any of you are 'feelin the heat', I suggest trying Estroven.
It may not work for everyone, I realize that, but it's worth a try.

I got it at Target, but you can get it most anywhere I'm sure.
I hope others have a good experience with it too.
I just wanted to share my experience with it with you all.

Chiweenie, that's how long I've been on estroven too. And I do feel better, but I wasn't sure if it was just because of where I was in my (non-existant) cycle. I figured I'd know for sure in a month. But whatever the reason, I have also gotten relief from the hot flashes. Let's cross our fingers!

I'm so glad it's working for you too.
Anything at this point is
I'm glad you let me know, I was afraid it was just in my mind! lol
My fingers are crossed too, maybe we've found something that will give us a little releif! yay! :)
