I spent years itching and scratching. My arms are so scarred up. Dr's prescribed all kinds of itch creams, nothing helped. After going to a Naturopath, I found some relief. I take Black Currant Oil supplements every day. When I stop for a week or so, the itching always returns. I started with more than the directions say for the first couple of weeks, til the itching went away. The itching is in different places for everyone. And, of course, check with your doc to make sure the itching is just a result of menoupause and not a reaction to something else. I hope this helps others as much as it helps me.
