Hiya. I remember last year when I had chronic insomnia I purchased this product amongst many to try. It was of little benefit for the sleep issue however it was very beneficial at 'calming' me and reducing anxiety. Its worth a try for those ladies suffering anxiety or maybe even mood changes.

I tried effexor, a PRESCRIPTION that my DR prescribed and had my heart race so fast I was scared, took it for 3 days and had the same thing happen each time I took it and I got VERY LITTLE sleep for 3 days.
