Hello, new to this group. I have been to the DR who said I was to young to be in perimenapause and my bloodwork was fine. I have insomnia, anxiety, depression, heavy longer clotty periods, hot flashes, mood swings, bloating, and just about most of the other symptoms. I am not gaining weight but rather losing (that part I am not complaining about except its the anxiety that makes me lose my appitite). Am I nuts? Do I have cancer or something else? Blood work good, how can that be when I feel like a raging lunatic around my period? A few days before, during and after! I am going to the Dr this week and I am going to refuse to leave without a solution! I tried the pill and other than the crampyness it helped but I am 37 and smoke so when my arms starting going numb they took me off, the month I was on them I improved greatly but this month its back to the same old thing. What are the treatment options? What has worked best for you? Is a hysterectomy the only "cure"? I want my life back and I want it soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Any advice PLEASE...

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
