I've tried to do the low sodium diet many times without success. Even things that I thought were really healthy are filled with sodium! I usually go to the extreme and have NO salt for a day or two, and then I'm so hungry I binge and eat whatever I want! Anyone have tips or suggestions of foods that are low in sodium? I'm a carb and sweets lover :) I also have kids and we are always on the run, so I don't have time or interest in preparing elaborate meals that I find advertised online as low sodium.
