Meniere's Disease Support Group
Meniere's disease is a balance disorder of the inner ear. The symptoms of Meniere's are variable; not all sufferers experience the same symptoms. However, "classic Meniere's" is considered to comprise the following four symptoms: Periodic episodes of rotary vertigo, hearing loss, tinnitus, and a sensation of fullness or pressure in one or both ears.

I hope any of you suffering from Meniere's will look up John of Ohio's regimen by Googling: Meniere's John of Ohio. In spring of 2006 I started in with daily dizziness, fullness in the ear, bad tinnitus. I was losing work days, couldn't drive, had to stay in bed. I tried specialists, alternative therapies and nothing helped. Then I chanced upon this regimen developed by a fellow Meniere's sufferer and since January I have had no dizziness, not one recurring symptom except for the ongoing tinnutus , which I have learned to live with. I urge you to take a look, read through the regimen and hopefully it will be something you will try and I hope it works as well for you as it has for me. My heart goes out to anyone who has to suffer through this disease. I feel this will be a special Thanksgiving holiday for me since I am enjoying good health. I wish the same for you.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...

I've been taking the entire regimen for over a year now and in that time I've had one episode, which wasn't too bad. I did write to John and he said that if the regimen is helping in the first few months, then it's for you; if not, it may not be the answer you're looking for. I will add that I had no side effects whatsoever from any of the pills he lists.
Good luck. I sure hope it helps you. Let me know.
My best to you, Rod.

When you started the regimen, did you take one supplement per week as he suggests or did you just go for it ? I have all the supplements now and am ready to start.
Thanks so much for your quick response and well wishes. You and John have given me new hope!
I will keep you posted.
