Ok I've been trying to find away to get rid of my pain now for some time. I've had X-ray's and MRI's the results of that was mild arthridus or another name they used was mild degeneration."And that is not enought to cause the level of pain your in." is what i keep hearing they have tryed Physical Therapy that worked on a very small level but the Physical Therapyist gave up and said it was not enough improvement. And they have tryed otho manlipulation basicaly a glorifed ciroprator now this worked well for about 5 days at a time i would go in there and then get my treatment and come back the next wk but that also got stoped because it did not fix my problem just helped me out alot. but when i stoped going the pain increased and there was noting to releve it. Whats next anyone know what could be causeing my problem? Or dose anyone know what i can do to releave my pain?... by the way my doc wont give me any narcodics any more so that is out, they dont want me on them because it dose not serve the navys best intreast to have me on them and not be able to work although I really cant do much at work beause of my pain.
