Suggestions for teen son who can't and won't quit

Son has significant psychiatric issues: depression, ODD, CD, and started smoking weed heavily during the summer. When he was smoking, he was late for school (in fact, failed summer school); when he went off it, he turned extremely agressive (ODD behavior x 10).
He was brought before a judge, who mandated chemical dependency treatment, and told son that he did not clean up his act, he would be placed in residential treatment center.
Son continues to smoke weed, and "Spice Gold", despite judge's warning about being placed out of the home. He smoked in the restroom at school, and was suspended. I found weed packaged for resale in his winter coat, and turned it in to his probation officer. He cannot kick the habit.
I would appreciate any suggestions from those who have had to deal with this addiction. I do NOT need to hear from stoners who think that weed is not a problem: for a 15 year old kid, it is wrecking his life.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I guess my best advice is to just love your son and advise him that if he's not ready to give it up, at least go along with the program until his legal troubles are over with. This is no joke and could come back to haunt him. He will not stop until he comes to the same realization I came to. Try to minimize your battles, since nothing but hurt will come from this and you will grow further apart in the short term. Also, never give up and try to instill a solid foundation. No matter how far I strayed, I am very thankful for the solid foundation my parents provided for me. Eventually he will revert to that. It will take a lot of hurt on his part and a lot of painful lessons....I'm still learning them. Most of the friends I made revolved around this stupid plant and guess what? They're not around anymore. They were false friendships based on getting high. Long story short, he has to WANT to change. Maybe you could steer him and guide him and help him reach the same conclusion. I hope this helps. Feel free to contact me if you'd like. I think it will benefit me as well, since I now WANT to change and I think helping others will help me as well.
