Well, I have a hard time saying that I'm an addict. I don't know if I am. I smoke almost daily and have for about 12 years. Sometimes it's just before bed - I get everything I need to do in a day done first. Lately it's all day. I'm not working right now and I'm agoraphobic.
That being said, here we go.
I recently started working with a really awesome naturopathic doctor (who also smokes) who has been incredible. I have PCOS, diabetes, agoraphobia, social anxiety and a slew of other issues stemming from these. While working with this doctor and researching, we recently found out that this harmless little plant may be a huge contributing factor to the PCOS and why I might not be able to have a baby.
You know that myth that the seeds causes infertility in men. WELL it's not the seeds, it's smoking it as a whole and if you smoke excessively it could happen. To women too. It's called amenhorrhea. It may be a huge contributing factor to all of my medical problems.
This is scary. I don't think I'll ever completely quit smoking, but I think this is a sign. Even my pee smells like pot, that can't be good.
If anyone has any contributing information, help, support, anything, please let me know. I am kinda worried.

Is it possible that birth control coul give you PCOS (I don't personally trust them). Wow I used to suffer with fear of people and stuff which is much less worse now that I don't smoke pot anymore. I hit a low after low in my addiction and had some hope I could stop. Anyway I go to marijuana anonymous and it helps me because I am still a pothead though clean and sober (haven't smoked pot in 3 years, smoked nearly daily (often hourly!) for nearly 10 years after 10 years of off and on use. Anyway honey it takes what it takes for us to want to change and you are not alone, it is ok to be on the fence, we didn't get this way overnight you know! I personally don't think all the pot I smoked helped my immune system one bit (I had some strange illnesses I think were because all the smoke lowered my immunity). Anyway hope you find some peace and comfort.

Everything is bad when overdone...that's my problem...I can't just smoke every now and then. If I smoke, it's all the time. So I have to choose which life I want to be mine, and which life I want for my kids.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
