Question...I was a moderately heavy smoker this past time when I quit..3-4 j's a day usually. How long do ya think it would totally get out of my system where I wouldnt think it was causing my mood swings? I am bi-polar also and take meds for that, and thought I was pretty sure the new med adjustment I had since quitting was the right "cocktail" for me. I am here in colorado for 6 days now and the last few days have had bad mood swings that start in the afternoon. And theres nothing stressful going on here. In the morning I've felt really good..and then by afternoon anxiety starts along with the mood swings. Any insite on this??? Much appreciated!!!
