I need help in helping to support my boyfriend to quit. He quit about 5 days ago and was in really bad form from the beginning but in the past two days its like he's slipped into depression. I dont know how to help make him feel better because he's completely shutting me out. He wont talk to me, apart from the odd text message, he wont answer my calls or let me see him. He's been saying things that Ive never heard him say before lile he's lost interest in almost everything that matters to him, me, family, his music, his drum kit, our holiday plans, I just dont know how to help him Im really worried that he's just going to get worse. No matter what I suggest that might lift his mood he doesnt want to know i.e. walks, bowling etc.. Im at a total loss and I really dont want to lose him, we've been together 4 years, can anyone help? All suggestions welcome, thanks
