Hi. I am usually active on the meniere's group but my condition is deteriorating rapidly and I have some very unusual symptoms. I just read something posted here about an abnormal MRI which I have had for many years. The neurologists have said the spots are migraine scars but I don't have that many migraines. I also have hot and cold cycles that are present when the meniere's flares up and sometimes the onset of an episode feels like I am getting the flu. I spent a lot of time in the woods as a child long before Lymes was a "thing" and grew up in Michigan which is a Lymes state. The body pain is horrible and I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia which can also be attributed to lymes. i am going to see a new rheumatology group soon and ask them to rule out lymes and any viral causes. Am I on the right track. If I am there is hope for treatment if it is typical Meniere's there isn't any hope. Please share your experiences and symptoms to see if I am crazy or not.

I thought IGG was chronic infection and IGM was new. However, I have been dealing with symptoms for over 15 years - I would think that would be chronic at this point. Also, if I am positive for IGM but negative for IGG, am I considered to...
