Does anyone notice that stress, even the least amount, inspires an over reaction both physically and emotionally? I can't watch the news. I can't tolerate any politics at all. I have a very strong emotional reaction, which I think we all are familiar with, but my heart pounds, my arms can tingle, my breath get's choppy, my cheeks get hot and red, and my brain gets "lost". Do any of you notice this physical response to stress or am I just off my nut (well, I might be off my nut anyway, so forget the last part)? :o/
