I woke up this morning with my hand feeling like it was asleep. I have a pain that goes up my arm and into my shoulders....it is the arm where my picc line is at.....It feels like it is on a nerve or something...as hard as it was for them to insert it......I really don't want to have to go back and have it redone.....any suggestions? I got my meds this morning and they went in fine and didn't hurt or anything....don't know where this new pain came from.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Let us know how it goes, okay?
I hope it feels better soon.
