I am so tired of being in limbo, I was dxd with ms 3 years ago, had a spinal tap, it had olicglconal bands, the brain mri was normal, spine showed very small non specific lesion, which later dispperared, i was fine for 3 years then in aug i started having trouble concentrating, painful hearing, muffled hearing, memory problems, anxiety, depression out of no where, neck pain, headaches, nausea fatigue, at one point they told me its not ms its antiphosphlipid syndrome, which lyme can cause, i did see alyme specialist 3 years ago which he tested me for and like 6 different bands came back positive, but neuro said it doesnt matter becuse you have to have a certain amount. I was thinking of going back to him he started me on doxy 3 years ago but at that time i was symptom free so i stopped. can lyme go into remiisiosn like that. i mean i did still have the headaches neckpain nausea diziness and so on but nothein major. O ne of the top ms specialist said to me if i didnt have the oliglcloal bands in csf he would say i didnt have it. now they also tested me for lyme antbodies this last spinal tap in sept and notheing showed. is it poossible to stil have lyme and not sho w in csf? so confused. and frustrated.
