I have been having suprising succes with adding fruit and veggies to my diet every day.We need 5 servings. I think Acai is a powerful one to add.The father of medicine Hippocrates said it in (450-370AD) "let thy food be thy medicine and thy medicine thy food" Hippocrates. Along with good antibiotics we need to eat the best we canand get exercise. Our bodies are amazing machines.
