Lyme disease is the most common vector-borne disease in the Northern Hemisphere. Glad to see your back. Have been wondering what happened to you. Sounds like you finally got a diagnosis. Sorry to hear you tested positive in so many things but at least now you know what you are up against. I read your post. Wow! 13 natural products and 9 prescriptions. Sounds like a whole lot of drugs. I'll be praying for you for a speedy recovery. Hang in there, you will get well.

Hallelujiah.
I also take a billion things and was seeing great improvement (until the gall bladder fiasco).
Sounds like you are on the right track. My mother in law has been gluten free for about 3 years and feels much better. My son was gluten and dairy free for 6 months. I learned alot of great recipes and many we still eat even though we were allowed back to gluten.
Once you start making the changes, you will feel so much better that it will be an easy chioce to stay on diet.
What meds are you taking? Is she addressing the co-infections first?
Eating healthy can really help your recovery. Many people who have Lyme benefit from eliminating processed carbs (white flour products) and sugar. Eating well can help your immune system work more efficiently.
It is also important to drink a lot of water and exercise as much as you can (which can be difficult).
If you have started meds, be prepared for the herx reaction. Good luck with your treatment!

Yes, I'm going to start Mepron and Azithromycin soon. I'm working on purchasing the Mepron now. I think it will be almost a full time job just figuring out all the information needed to be on the required meds!
