I got the news that my ANA came back positive just a few days ago. My doctors are thinking possibly Lupus, but possibly RA or something else instead. My next appointment is on Thursday and I'm just wondering what to expect. I assume more tests are to follow? What kinds of tests are administered at this point to narrow it down to Lupus? Are there any or is it all based on symptoms (I have most of the common Lupus symptoms)? What can I expect in this process for February? March? Beyond? Thank you SO much!
