I have been diagnosed with lupus for over 12 years. I have a rash on my face from time to time. But my rash is not a raised surface. It appears to be under the skin so that when you touch it, you don't feel the rash. It is red, on my checks, and bridges across a small section at the top of my nose. I sometimes have the same rash on my arms. It has even appeared on my chin. Does anyone else have a rash like this? My Dermatologist said just by looking at my hands she could tell I have a lupus history. I have thought maybe it was rosecea, but my Rhume said rosecea doesn't come and go. How about any of you?
