I have severe bruising, especially on my legs, and I don't know what to do. My doctors have not been able to explain what's going on and I'm wondering if anyone else is going through this? It's embarrassing when I wear shorts in PE class or in warm weather and people ask me what's wrong with my legs. I also have a reddish-purple tone to my skin, most visible on my arms and legs that I constantly get questioned about. My doctors are monitering my condition, but for now there is nothing I can do. I'm sick of explaining Lupus and having people stare at me, but I don't simply want to always wear long clothes and blow off people who don't know what they're asking. Any advice?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
