Lupus Support Group
Lupus is an auto-immune disease in which the immune system cannot distinguish between threats (like viruses and bacteria), and healthy cells and tissue. As a result, the body produces antibodies that inflict cell damage, most commonly targeting joints, skin, kidneys and the nervous system. Join the group and find support for coping with lupus.

Hi, I have been on Social Security disability since 1995. I am coming out of a flare-up and would like to try and work part time. I'm wondering if Social Security would pay for job training and if anyone has done this using the ticket-to-work program. Any input on your experience with attempting to work when on disability would be helpful. Thanks and blessings, Mariann
