Hi. I'm new on here. I've joined this group because I am very confused and lost. Doctors think my 8 yr old daughter haslupus. We r still working through the initial dx process. She has severe knee pain, high lymphocytes and monocytes, postive ANA (1:160), and nearly constant fatigue. I'm keeping a journal to help me remember what to report to drs. Now that I am watching her so closely I've discovered she is running fevers for no apparent reason. The fever will often go away on it's own and then come back the next day. Took her back to dr and ran all kinds of tests. No flu. No strep. She is a bit anemic though and her white blood cell count is out of whack. Her body acts as though it is fighting an infection that doesn't exist. Has anyone ever dealt with this? Is this lupus symptoms? I appreciate any responses or advice.
