I was advised by my rheumy to see about getting massages to help with some of the pain I experience. Unfortunately this is a very costly therapy and is not covered at all. I was wondering if anyone has used massage for pain management and if so how effective it is. The other thing I was wondering is if a chair cushion massager would work. I'm not bringing this up just because of the cost, but also because of the convenience.
