Lupus Support Group
Lupus is an auto-immune disease in which the immune system cannot distinguish between threats (like viruses and bacteria), and healthy cells and tissue. As a result, the body produces antibodies that inflict cell damage, most commonly targeting joints, skin, kidneys and the nervous system. Join the group and find support for coping with lupus.

I have lupus. I am on disability, and have a very limited income. It's sooo hard to make ends meet. I even go to food pantries. I grew up in a middle-class neighborhood. Never in my lifetime, did I ever think I'd be in the position I am in. I have NO money for x-mas. My little one, who is 5 believes in Santa, and looks fwd to this holiday every year! I am devastated because I don't know what I am going to do for her and my son who is 11. Does anyone know who I can contact to get help for toys/gifts/clothes (last on the list, as it being x-mas). I live in Woburn, a suburb of Boston, MA. Thanks for any help!
