I always hear that Lupus can be controlled thru exercise. When Im having a Flare-Up the last thing I want to do is exercise. I sometimes physically can't. Im fatiqued and most likely Im in a great deal of pain. So how in the heck am I supposed to exercise when my bones and joints hurt! I would love to know if anyone has an answer to this question. Does exercise really help Lupus? And if so, how much exercise is needed to find some relief from Lupus?
