Has anyone ever had a Flare Up at work or while driving. I had a Flare Up recently, in the afternoon. It was on a busy Friday afternoon. I was stuck in bumper to bumper traffic all afternoon (if you have every been to california ,you know what I mean! )Well I exited the freeway and I made an Illegal U-Turn right in front of a Police Officer. He saw me about to turn and was shaking his head no. My mind went blank and I saw him, but I turned anyway and of course I got a ticket. What scared me is how my concentration level was so low. I felt anxiety, my eyes were blurry, I felt like I was shaking a little and I was sweating alot.My heart was racing so fast. I felt the Flare Up coming and was trying to race home to beat it. The Flare Up won. That incident really scared me. Its like my brain wasn't thinking logically. I am going back to work soon. I am a little worried about having a severe Flare Up like that at work. Has anyone else experience a Flare Up like that or at work that was severe? If so whathappened? What did you do? Did you prevent it? Iam really scared about that happening again.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
