I've noticed that slices of apples dipped in plain yogurt helped with my low energy from Lupus. Has anyone else tried this? Maybe it's all fruits that help a bit but I hope maybe others will feel better trying the apples and yogurt. The way I discovered this was that in the beginning of my diagnosis I'd actually buy that Fruit & Walnut Salad from McDonald's and worked for me. Although I know things work differently for everyone, just thought I'd share this.
