Aren't we only protected under FMLA if we worked for the company longer than one year? What are our rights or do we have any if we worked for a company less than one year and aren't eligible for FMLA? I'm currently on leave of absence, but I know it's just a matter of time before I lose my job and lose my insurance. I don't know what to do. I've applied for disability and just got denied, but will be filing for an appeal. Any advice would be helpful. Hugs!
